In a very general sense, I would like to say that speculation is the action of considering a certain subject. While speculating, one proceeds from a particular instance to a wide generalization, for the act of speculating proceeds inductively. Speculating requires a conjecture; an assumption that originates from a specific occurrence, a moment that brings about judgments and inferences that will remain to be proven, very similar to a hypothesis, perhaps of a lesser degree, but not of less consequence. Moreover, because of the nature of an inductive process, the conjecture remains open to manipulations that allow it to fit any supporting evidence, sort of like putting a puzzle together, a procedure that could allow for the derivation of a true conclusion, based on probable outcomes.
First Post
OK, so this is my first post, I am still not sure about what exactly is this blog going to be about, but I intend to figure it out down the way. The reason I decided to start this blog was to jot down some observations, ideas, thoughts and all the different things that cross my head. I tend to write a lot, however, my writings tend to be scattered in different files and places, so the idea is to have all, or at least some of these writings in one place, maybe in different blogs according to their themes, so lets see where it all ends.
